Academic Progress AuditSystem (APAS)

APAS is a report that tracks your progress toward completing your MBA. It provides information about core and elective credit requirements, completed classes and credits, and the number of credits you need to take before you can graduate. To access your report through One Stop, you'll need your X.500 user name and password. Your report will contain the following items:

Credit Breakdown
Earned Credits -- the number of credits completed
In-Progress -- the number of credits in-progress or the number you have registered for
Needs -- the number of credits needed to complete the degree
Note -- any credits that have been waived

Class List Breakdown
The following symbols are helpful for interpreting an APAS report:

Red X Mark -- the requirement or class has not been completed
Green Check Mark -- the requirement or class has been completed or is in progress
IP -- a course is In-Progress
CW -- a course has been waived
D -- a waived course was taken (you will not receive credit)
