Before submitting an application, please make sure you meet the academic requirements for pursuing a Carlson MBA:

• Bachelor's degree, in any major, from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, or a comparable foreign degree from a recognized college or university.
  
  
• GMAT results (preferably within the last 5 years; Carlson code: D2N-VJ-15)
  
  
• If English is not your first language, you must submit scores from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Scores must be less than 2 years old when you apply.

The online application is the easiest way to apply. Not only can you save your work and return to it any time, you can also submit supporting materials and the application fee online. Schools will send transcripts directly to us, and the testing service will send us official GMAT score reports.
 

The first time you use the online application, you will need to create a guest profile for the University of Minnesota system. Be sure to remember your login and password because you can save your work in the online application and return to it any time. The online application requires you to provide general information about yourself and your current employer. Instructions are included throughout the online application; you should be able to complete most of it without additional reference.
