- Check your student record for holds which would prevent all course registrations. To see a listing of your holds, go to One Stop and click on the Quick Link "Holds". Your x.500# (Internet ID) and password are required to access this information.
If you are completing your undergraduate degree this fall and are admitted for Spring 2010, you will have a Transcript hold on your record which means the Graduate School is waiting for an official copy of your undergraduate transcript. Once an official transcript is available, have your university send it to the Graduate School, University of Minnesota, 309 Johnston Hall, 101 Pleasant St. SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. This even applies to those graduating from the University of Minnesota. The hold will be cleared upon receipt of your official undergraduate transcript.
If you are a new international student, there are holds that will not be cleared until you arrive in person on the University of Minnesota campus and visit the International Student & Scholar Services office with your documents. Visit ISSS for more information.
- Complete the Course Registration Form by listing your desired Spring 2010 courses and the corresponding course details found on One Stop under Quick Links "Class Schedule". Select Spring 2010 term and search by subject (ex: ACCT, FINA, IDSC, MBA, OMS). Be sure to select a section that has seats available or you will be given the option to be wait listed for that section.
The MAcc Curriculum Calendar will give you a tentative schedule of the semester in which courses will be offered. Keep in mind that this is subject to change.
- Email the registration form to Rhonda Bjurlin at bjurl002@umn.edu or fax it to 612-626-7795.
