This professional development event will focus on you and your development as an HR Professional. A panel of experts will lead a discussion on what it takes to succeed in the current economy, with a focus on the specific things that you can do to further develop and market yourself. The panel will first provide an overview of their expertise as it relates to the recruitment and development of HR professionals.

5:30 – Networking and Refreshments – Mentors and Mentees are encouraged to meet during this time
6:00 – Panelist Presentations
6:45 – Breakout sessions facilitated by panel members
7:15 – Report back to group, best practice sharing, Q&A
