Below are some of the measures we use to evaluate the quality and
ability of WEMBA applicants to help you assess whether this program is

- Past academic performance
- Satisfactory score on an English exam
taken in Warsaw. The exam is modeled after the TOEFL model but
developed specifically for WEMBA
- Completed Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential (MAPP)

- Professional experience of at least three years or significant experience in a managerial position
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as determined through a personal interview
- Background in math and economics and a
basic knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, e-mail, PowerPoint) prior to
entering the program
- Proven assumption of management
responsibility and achievement of measurable results (leadership in
community service and professional organizations is also considered)

- Application form (in English)
- Curriculum vitae (in English)
- 4 photographs (passport format, on a light background)
- Copy of your higher education graduation diploma or certification
in any major (in the case of foreign university diplomas, a certified
translation into Polish is required)
- Transcript and certified translation of the transcript from Polish into English
- Copy of your student booklet (pages listing completed courses,
examinations taken and credits earned, plus English translations of all
course names)
- Proof of payment of the examination fee
- References may be enclosed with the above documents, but are optional
