If you have questions or concerns regarding the use of different types of resources, the tools provided on this page should assist you answering these questions.
Included on the site are a Fair Use Analysis Tool, a Copyright Decision Map, and instructions on how to create links to licensed resources. They also have a list of teaching scenarios and copyright use including the use of multi-media in the classroom. Answering the questions on the Fair Use Analysis tool will give you recommendations on whether or not your intended use falls within copyright law
