CommonGrounds

2007-2008 Call for Applications!

Common Grounds is excellent opportunity for networking and leadership discussions.  It is a student-led organization that brings together local professionals to discuss complex issues facing the private, public, and non-profit sectors with a group of select students. The student group consists of 10 representatives from each of the West Bank professional schools: Humphrey Institute, Carlson School of Management, and the Law School.

Monthly meetings are structured as networking opportunities and dialogues with prominent regional leaders. Last year’s meetings included visits with Nate Garvis, Vice President of Government Affairs  for Target Corporation; Dan McElroy, Governor Pawlenty's Senior Advisor on  Innovation; and Peg Birk, Interim CEO of the McKnight Foundation.
