
 
Availability and event reservation requests for 4-300D and 4-300C are managed through the Dean's Office. There is no rental fee, but a budget number should be included in your request.

Reservations for these rooms must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Meetings include the Carlson School Dean, Associate or Assistant Dean, or University President
- Meetings scheduled through offices of Development or Corporate and Alumni Services that involve benefactors, corporate executives, donors, or community leaders
- Board meetings
Requests for reserving the Curtis L. Carlson Boardroom 4-300D or Conference Room 4-300C must be submitted by a Carlson School faculty or staff to csom@umn.edu or using the form below:

- User is responsible for the care of the room immediately following the event. This includes lowering and straightening chairs, removing coffee pots and/or other materials brought into the room, and general clean-up to ensure the room is ready for the next event.
- User shall not affix any signs, nails, screws, staples, tape or any other substance or item to the walls, floors or ceiling.
- User is responsible for furnishing anything needed to conduct their meeting/program. This includes flipcharts and office supplies.
- User is responsible for any damage that occurs during the time of usage.
- When using the boardrooms for dining, catering must provide placemats and coasters.
- Catering should not be placed on the boardroom credenza. Please use the outlined procedures and supplies located within the credenza to clean the glass table and credenza tops.
- When closing or opening the drapes, please use the cord on the right side of the drapes; do not pull on the drapery fabric.
- When using an overhead projector, do not place it on the boardroom table; you must use a stand.
