
 
The Executive Center is exclusively for executive or graduate-level activities with priority scheduling given to Carlson School CEMBA and Executive Education programs. Classrooms may be scheduled by others up to four months prior to the event start date. There are rental fees for all Executive Center spaces.
This conference suite offers five, large classrooms and a number of small breakout rooms to meet a variety of programming needs. The classrooms offer the latest in presentation technology and seat between 60-75 participants. The smaller breakout rooms seat eight to sixteen people.
Built-in buffets in the hallway and foyer, as well as comfortable foyer seating, can be used for program reception, registration, and refreshments. |

- Advance reservations are required to use the foyer, classrooms, or breakout rooms within the Executive Center. Unauthorized individuals will be asked to leave the area.
- The dress code standard for the Executive Center is traditional "business casual." The User is responsible for notifying their group accordingly.
- Catering services must match other executive programs in the suite. The service standard is linen, china, and glassware. Signage is recommended for identification.
- Casual service or "upscale disposables" may be provided inside a classroom or breakout room if space permits. Arrangements must be made for delivery and immediate removal of extra trash containers and all disposables.
- User group is to take advantage of only the catering provided for their event.
- User group is to furnish all supplies needed to conduct their meeting/program. This includes flipchart paper and office supplies. Please do not affix anything utilizing nails, screws, staples, tape to the walls, floors, doors or ceiling.
- User group pays for extra cleaning charges or for any damages and/or equipment loss that occurs during the time of rental.
- Your group may not be the only one using the Executive Center. Please monitor your noise level and activities, especially in common areas, so that other programs are not disrupted.
The Executive Center suite is a locked space. Depending on event start/end times, Users may be responsible for unlocking and locking their reserved space(s) and must make arrangements with a Building Services Manager to pick-up/drop-off keys as follows:
- Prior to 8:00 AM access: key to be picked by 3 PM the day before the event.
- After 4:00 PM access: key to be picked up by 3 PM the day of the event.
- Regular business hours (M-F) access: arrangements may be made to obtain a key or have a Building Services Manager unlock/lock the space for the event.

- Cancellations made 45-31 days prior to date reserved will be charged 50% of total rental fee
- Cancellations made 30-0 days prior to the date reserved will be charged 100% of total rental fee
- If the space is reserved by another group, a fee will not be charged
