Teaching Approach

The teaching approach provides a mix of lecture, discussions, and working sessions. Small group exercises and one-on-one consultations with faculty and other participants will give you an opportunity to apply the tools and concepts of leadership coaching. A unique post program 90-minute teleseminar call helps reinforce the learning and successful application of the program concepts.
