Professional Development in Costa Rica. Join Carlson School faculty and students to examine sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Costa Rica, in collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance and Caribou Coffee. CIBER's sponsorship covers in-country lodging in single rooms at group hotels, breakfast daily, two group meals, in-country transportation, class sessions, site visits, and international health insurance for the program dates. Professional Development in Vietnam. CIBER is offering a complimentary spot on the 2014 Southeast Asia FDIB: Vietnam program hosted by the University of Wisconsin and University of Hawaii. The program includes briefings from the U.S. Commercial Service and from economic and legal experts, plus site visits to a range of organizations. Typical industries include manufacturing, agriculture, technology, retail, food processing, education, healthcare, and microfinance. Application closed for 2014 program.
