Objective: This program is a 3-week summer program with intense cultural immersion and education of business practices in Shanghai. The program has a diverse student body from top universities across the world with a variety of curriculum and extra-curriculum activities featuring lectures, case studies, company visits and cultural events.
This program is open to Carlson students with sophomore standing with a GPA of 3.0 at the time of application.
With over one billion people and unique natural resources, China is the worldâ€™s largest emerging economy. Since opening its economy to the world over 30 years ago, China has undergone a profound transformation, recently spurred by the award of the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing and the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. With over 20 million inhabitants, Shanghai is the largest city by population in China and the largest city proper by population in the world. It is a global financial center, and a transport hub with the world's busiest container port. Shanghai is a popular tourist destination renowned for its historical landmarks such as The Bund, City of God Temple, Yu Garden and the extensive Lujiazui skyline.
As the only business school in Mainland China triple-accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA, the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, aims to develop the highest-level managerial talent, with fully international viewpoints and capabilities, and the ability to compete in the global economy. Participants will be arranged to stay in the equivalent to a 3-star hotel on the campus of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, located in downtown Xujiahui area of Shanghai. Antai does not encourage participants to stay out of campus.

The application priority deadline is February 1, 2014, with applications accepted on a rolling basis until March 31st.
