Company information sessions are a great way to present information on your organization and available positions, and to meet potential candidates. Information sessions can be structured any way you prefer - host a panel discussion, present company information with time for questions, or simply host a networking hour. We find the most successful information sessions are those in which students can actively participate.
Information sessions are held during fall and spring semesters, usually in conjunction with on-campus interviewing. Be sure to schedule an info session four to five weeks prior to your on-campus interview date. Information session requests can be submitted via The Edge, under the Career Events tab. The Undergraduate Business Career Center offers 22 rooms for on-campus interviews, available during both the fall and spring semesters. To request an on-campus interview schedule, log into The Edge and click on the On-Campus Interview Schedules tab, then select New Interview Schedule Request from the drop-down. The system will walk you through requesting a date, linking a job and listing qualifications.
