Addressing Global Food Supply Challenges

Graduate and PhD students from across the University are invited to hear directly from industry leaders, technology entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and academics about how to turn your technology and science-based ideas into profitable business. Keynote speaker Jon Foley will be followed by panel session with entrepreneurs from food and agriculture industries, and conclude with lean startup workshop led by Carlson School entrepreneurship faculty.
This is the first in a series of half-day seminars designed to provide initial direction and advice on commercializing technology. Sponsored by 3M and organized by the Gary S. Holmes Center for Entrepreneurship.
