Develop a higher degree of intercultural competence by assessing your own level of cross-cultural savvy. Cultural Immersion enables you to gain an appreciation of the nuances of cultural identities and the impact these have on business relationships.

TBD/ 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. / $1,000
Because various cultural backgrounds differ on important workplace norms and behaviors, people must often deviate from their intuitive, culturally ingrained behavior to act effectively in intercultural work environments. This course helps participants assess the level of their own cross-cultural savvy, understand and appreciate the nuances of cultural identities and the impact these have on business relationships, and develop a higher degree of intercultural competence. Concepts and frameworks presented in this session are central to many of the materials covered in other global certificate courses, therefore participants are encouraged to take this class first.
