The fundamental characteristics of organizations, how individuals behave within organizations, and how the structure of the organization interacts with individual motivations/interests in explaining behavior and in determining the strategic goals of firms; issues analyzed with reference to actual organization problems; topics may include organizational change, leadership, group dynamics, and organization and work design.
