About the Conference

The Carlson School of Management is committed to providing women in business with lifelong learning opportunities and resources to enrich their professional careers and help them to thrive in leadership roles. To those ends, the Annual Women's Leadership Conference is part of a comprehensive set of initiatives designed to support the forward focus of Minnesota businesswomen.

The Women's Leadership Conference is a one-day event featuring a mixture of keynote addresses by noteworthy women, and themed workshops and panel discussions. It is a forum for leadership and professional development designed to inspire and extend one's leadership effectiveness today and career aspirations for tomorrow.
