For the first time this year, Land O' Lakes Inc. will sponsor the reception of the 2014 HR Tomorrow Conference. Land O'Lakes is a Fortune 200 agribusiness with a focus on technology and innovation. The organization interacts with nearly every aspect of the food production cycle from farm to market.
"Having this broad viewpoint of the industry is one of our competitive advantages and we're really proud of it," says Kimberly Wirka, director of talent management at Land O' Lakes.
Land O' Lakes joined the 2014 HR Tomorrow Conference, "Tools for Tomorrow: Evolving your HR Skill Set," to strengthen its partnership with the Carlson school and connect with HRIR students. The organization is excited to get more involved in campus activities, and increase visibility with students.
"The HR Tomorrow Conference is a great venue for HR professionals to build their skills and to network with other HR leaders," says Wirka.
The conference reception is a perfect time for attendees to regroup after an invigorating day, discuss the presentations they attended, and continue networking.
The 2014 HR Tomorrow Conference takes place on Friday, April 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Carlson School of Management. Register before March 24 to secure the early bird rate!
