CARS is a web application that automates the recruiting process for the Carlson School Business Career Center. There are three interfaces: students, alumni, and employers. By automating the process, paperwork and office visits are eliminated, allowing the BCC office to spend our time providing enhanced and personalized services to our customers. See eligibility.
Students are able to:
Register academic information for employer reference.
Post up to 5 resumes for employers to access.
View upcoming on-campus job postings.
Sort the postings by posting requirements, companies, visit dates, and more.
Submit their name for consideration for postings they are interested in.
Receive invitations from companies to sign up for an interview.
Select an interview time, and sign up on the schedule.
Search students/alumni qualifications to find qualified job candidates.
Search students/alumni resumes for keywords.
View and print student resumes.
Select candidates for interviews online.
View their own company’s current and historical on-campus and external postings.
Students and alumni of the Carlson School, and recruiters, who work with us, are eligible to register and use CARS. To apply for access to CARS, please fill out our registration form.
