REFRESHMENTS
Food and refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Carlson School of Management at each fair. Each recruiter will have the opportunity to eat lunch and appetizers throughout the day of the event on their own time.

*To ensure listing on printed materials during the fairs, please submit registration forms and company descriptions at least two weeks prior to the fair.
PACKAGES
Companies sending in packages can send them to the location of the fair labeled for "CSOM Internship Fair" to arrive the day before the fair. Packages may not arrive earlier than one day before the fair.
Please have a premade return label attached to the package at the end of the fair.
The Internship Fair Coordinators will handle all departing packages from the venue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Failure to provide a premade label could result in your package not being shipped.
PARKING & DIRECTIONS
Parking vouchers can be found in the company folders given to recruiters the day of the fair. Only TWO vouchers will be given per table. Vouchers are good for parking at the Washington Avenue Ramp that is adjacent to the Radisson Hotel. Please present vouchers to the parking attendant as you leave the ramp.
