Carlson School of Management has several types of rooms and spaces available for teaching, studying and events:

Classrooms and Spaces
Credit classes have priority-scheduling for classrooms in Carlson School and Hanson Hall buildings. The classrooms become available for events and meetings after class scheduling for the upcoming semester is complete.
Classrooms and spaces in the Carlson School and Hanson Hall buildings are scheduled by two different entities. Reservation information is available at the following links:
- Conference Rooms – Located on the third and fourth floors of the Carlson School building and lower and second floors of Hanson Hall. Only faculty and staff of Carlson School may reserve these rooms.
- Breakout Rooms – Located on the lower, first and second floors of the Carlson School building and lower and first floors of Hanson Hall. Only Carlson School faculty, staff and registered students in Carlson School programs may reserve these rooms.
- Executive Center – This conference suite is exclusively for executive or graduate-level programs. It consists of five, large classrooms and a number of smaller breakout rooms.
- Boardrooms – 4-300D and 4-300C are managed by the Dean’s Office and reservations must meet specific criteria.
- Computer Classroom - L-117 is exclusively for Carlson School programs/activities.
- Additional Spaces – Includes the Carlson Private Dining Room (PDR), the Bistro Cafe, the Humphrey Private Dining Room 7B, the outdoor Courtyard adjacent to the lower level of the Carlson School, as well as the James & Carmen Campbell Plaza or Toro Courtyard adjacent to Hanson Hall.
