2005 UNDERGRADUATE NATIONAL SEARCH FUND APPLICATION
 (One application per person per academic year)

The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to students conducting a job search (internship or permanent) outside the state of Minnesota.  Students could receive a $200 reimbursement if the funds are available in the job search account and if the following requirements are met.  Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt dates.

Requirements

1) Current Carlson undergraduate or ICP student.  ICP students must have an approved Carlson program.
2) Completed an interview for an internship or permanent job outside the state of Minnesota. (Informational interviews are not eligible.)
3) Completion of information requested on this application form.
4) Photocopy of interviewers business card.
5) Completed expense reimbursement form with attached itemized receipts of travel and lodging expenses.  Travel expenses include parking fees, plane tickets, mileage, and taxi fares.

Reimbursement Approval

Students will be notified if the reimbursement requests CANNOT be approved.  With approved requests, students should receive reimbursements in six to eight weeks.
