The departmental classrooms and spaces listed below are managed and scheduled by Building Services. Carlson School programs have priority-scheduling for these spaces. They become available for events and meetings after class scheduling for the upcoming semester is complete. All have a rental fee.

The room set-up or Type is "tiered" with fixed seating unless indicated as "flat." Room schedules, as well as photos and room features can be viewed at the Departmental Classroom Schedule Viewer.

NOTE: Executive Center classrooms 2-206, 2-207 and 2-260T are equipped with video conferencing and MediaSite media recording capabilities. Those services are available to Users for a daily, flat-rate technology fee in addition to the room rental fee.

* Carlson CEMBA courses and Executive Education programs have scheduling priority up to period listed in advance. Thereafter, reservation requests are reviewed and approved on first-come first serve basis.

* Business Career Services and Undergraduate Program (information sessions) have scheduling priority during their peak recruitment periods. Thereafter, other Carlson departments may reserve two months in advance and check out a guest keycard from Building Services for access.
