You'll get immediate exposure to business education with a management course in freshman year, then four key business courses in your sophomore year, international education programs offered across the globe, and a capstone course for each academic major.

Our international experience requirement is unique among public business schools, and reflects our belief that a global perspective is an essential part of business education as well as our conviction that first-hand international experience will give you a competitive advantage as you launch your career.

We work with businesses in Minneapolis and St. Paul—one of the country's most vibrant and talent-rich business communities—to arrange opportunities for internships, mentorship, and research opportunities. The Undergraduate Business Career Center will help you develop your career and connect you with business networking events.

To make your life easier, Carlson provides a wide range of customized academic and career services, including a professional adviser starting freshman year, an amazing career center, and student organizations for almost any interest.

You won't find stuffy classrooms in Hanson Hall. Built specifically for our undergraduate program, it's both stylish and state-of-the-art: a 124,000 square foot, four-story building with 9 classrooms, 22 interview rooms, a recruiter lounge, a student learning center, and an undergraduate student lounge.
