The faculty of the Department of Work and Organizations (WOrg) analyzes all aspects of work, the employment relationship, managing and leading people and organizations, the behavior of individuals, groups, and organizations, and work-related institutions and public policies. The faculty embraces a multidisciplinary approach to producing knowledge in these areas and is widely-published in the top academic journals in management, organizational behavior, human resources, economics, industrial relations, and related fields. WOrg faculty members are active in all of the Carlson School's academic programs, and are responsible for Carlson's internationally-recognized Master's and doctoral programs in human resources and industrial relations.
