Organizations from across the country come to the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies at the Carlson School to recruit talented, highly motivated HRIR graduates. Our balanced, rigorous curriculum provides students with a thorough understanding of contemporary practices and the underlying theories needed for successful careers. Many students also gain valuable experience by working part-time during the school year and participating in summer internships.
