Biography
Hi! I’m a PhD candidate in Quantitative Marketing at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. I am on the marketing academic job market for 2023/2024. My dissertation, under the guidance of my advisor, Prof. George John, investigates how and why gamification incentives influence salespeople's performance.
