Brian Dorr is a Senior Lecturer in the Work & Organizations department at the Carlson School of Management. Dr. Dorr has been teaching college-level courses in general management, HR leadership, and business strategy since 2010. He has spent the last two decades in leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. He currently is an HR executive at Hennepin County, where he has worked since 2016.
